Step 01
I find what doesn't match
I read your reports line by line and flag the details that don't agree — each one tied to the exact page and excerpt that supports it.

Start here
Upload the report from each bureau. I read every account, flag the negatives that don’t hold up, and tell you plainly which ones I can’t defend.
Why it matters
Here's the truth: you don't care about the score itself — you care about what it's blocking. A mortgage. A car loan. An apartment. When a negative is inaccurate or can't be verified, disputing it is how we clear the path to a yes.
Fix what's wrong
I ask the bureau to verify a payment status, date or personal detail that conflicts with your evidence.
Challenge what they can't back up
If a bureau can't verify something after investigating my dispute, it may come off your report.
Update what's outdated
I ask them to correct a stale balance or status so your report reflects where you actually are.
Your result depends on your individual credit file. Accurate negative information can remain, and Alaya does not promise deletion or a score increase; every request stays personal, factual and evidence-based.
How accurate reporting can help
ConceptualBefore review
Report may contain a mismatch
After investigation
Record may be corrected or verified
A more accurate report can affect the score calculated from it.
The result depends on what changes, the rest of your credit file and the scoring model used.
How it works
01
Send me your report
Start with your real credit report, not a questionnaire. I read what the bureaus are actually saying about you.
02
I check every detail
I go through each account line by line and tell you plainly which negatives I can dispute — and which ones I can't defend.
03
You approve every word
I write a letter for each bureau from your own facts. You read it, adjust it, and give it the final go-ahead.
04
Get it out the door
Download your letters to mail yourself, or let me handle the mailing with your ID and proof of address attached.

Side by side
Equifax, Experian, TransUnion—we’ll go one bureau at a time. I’ll explain each step like a friend would, and you approve everything before it goes out.
What Alaya actually does
Step 01
I read your reports line by line and flag the details that don't agree — each one tied to the exact page and excerpt that supports it.
Step 02
Each bureau gets a letter about only what it reports about you, in plain language you review and approve before anything is finalized.
Step 03
Your letters, bureau responses and updated reports stay together, so each round starts from new evidence — not an automatic timer.

FAQ
Factual discrepancies you can point to: conflicting payment statuses between bureaus, balances that contradict a paid or closed status, mismatched dates, duplicate accounts, and personal information that doesn't match yours. I don't treat negative information as an error just because it's negative.
No one can guarantee that — not me, not anyone. The bureaus must investigate disputes, and accurate information can stay on your report. What I can do is make clear, evidence-based requests for you.
No. There's no mandatory interview. You can optionally add details or supporting documents to any letter.
Yes. Each letter I write is organized around the accounts, bureau reporting, evidence and personal details you confirm. I never just place your name on a generic letter.
My letter framework draws on patterns and experience from more than 100,000 dispute letters developed by credit specialists and attorneys familiar with consumer credit disputes. Your letter is still based only on your facts, and Alaya is not a law firm or a substitute for legal advice.
You can always download your letters and send them yourself. If you'd rather I mail them, you approve a final packet — letter, ID and proof of address — with the price shown before anything goes out.
A new round starts when there's something new: an updated report or a bureau response. I won't resend letters on a timer.
